Imagine, Inc. defines Planet Art as that impulse from deep within our creative community which awakens us to more humane and harmonious living. The works and renderings of Planet Artists confront humanity’s inadequacies and inspire new visions for coping with our global crises. The contributions of these individuals are of such scope, depth, and influence that they illuminate the paths by which we will rekindle our lost instincts to coexist. As this Web site matures and our program is fully developed, we will foster an ongoing pool of select Planet Artists, ultimately displaying their images here on this site and making them available for sale online worldwide.

Imagine will introduce an innovative promotional concept, commissioning three planet artists each year to create original posters bespeaking The Ascent’s peace and environmental themes. These three artists, their “signature” posters, and related products (prints, cards, caps, swatches, stamps, etc.) will be highlighted in a special Planet Art exhibition at the award’s citywide festival.

We will enlist the support of high-level politicians from the host country to make possible the publishing of a commemorative series of postal stamps. This unique and enterprising strategy will promote the awards as well as the host country and will generate world renown for our artists, while accruing significant annual revenues for The Ascent's endowment and the host government alike.
